Upload all relevant files like product brochures, documentation or others as well as a link to your website so he always has the correct information.
Based on how many contacts you want Agent Frank to have in his pipeline at all times during the month, you will see how many mailboxes you will need to process them. You can add your own external mailboxes to Salesforge or choose to handle infrastructure with Infraforge - our own private email infrastructure.
