Volume Control

Volume control involves adjusting the number of emails sent within a specific timeframe to avoid overwhelming recipients, minimizing the risk of being flagged as spam, and maintaining a positive sender reputation. Effective volume control helps balance the need to reach a broad audience with the goal of maintaining high engagement rates and ensuring that emails are delivered to the inbox. It often includes practices such as gradually increasing email volume, email warm up, segmenting email lists, and monitoring metrics like bounce rates and open rates to make informed adjustments.
