Yes! Agent Frank can operate in two modes: Auto-pilot and Co-pilot. In Autopilot mode he is fully autonomous and while you can peep into his work, there’s no need for you to get involved (apart from a few cases when he might need more information). In Co-pilot mode you will receive regular updates from Agent Frank requiring you to accept or edit his work.
Agent Frank operates using first-party data provided by you. When setting up your Agent, you will be asked to provide information about your company, products and/or services as well as upload any relevant files Agent Frank can use to learn (like instruction manuals, presentations or pitches). This means you have full control over what information Agent Frank has and uses, ensuring it’s always fully accurate and aligned with your business.
